The vision of the CMD of the Pride East Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. materialized with the establishment of North East Education Development Trust on Aug 24, 2007 in Guwahati, to provide quality education to the citizens of North East states and nearby states. The members of the North East Education Development Trust anticipating the exigency of the local citizens had decided to set up a day boarding school that would function on the lines of a public school. The visionary philanthropist Mrs. Riniki Bhuyan Sarma to provide good quality education along with a strong value system. She strongly felt the need for a Centre of Scientific Research and Education which would meet the challenges of the present and future. Within a short span of time, NEED has made a strong impact in the field of education throughout the country.
